Task Matic stores all your data locally on your device and in your personal iCloud account. We do not collect, store, or have access to your projects, tasks, time logs, or any other personal data you create in the app.
How We Use Your Information
Since all data is stored locally and in your iCloud account, we do not use your personal information for any purpose. The app functions entirely offline and your data never passes through our servers.
iCloud Sync
When you enable iCloud sync, your data is stored in your personal iCloud account managed by Apple. This data is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your iCloud data.
Analytics
Task Matic does not include any analytics or tracking software. We do not collect usage statistics, crash reports, or any other telemetry data.
Third-Party Services
Task Matic does not integrate with any third-party services that would collect your data. The only external service used is Apple's iCloud for optional sync functionality.
Data Security
Your data is protected by macOS's built-in security features and your iCloud account's security. We recommend keeping your macOS updated and using a strong Apple ID password.
